Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using OutboundPro’s website or services. By accessing outboundpro.co or requesting our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

1. About OutboundPro

OutboundPro is a B2B prospect research and data service operated by LeadsCampaign, a business registered in India. These Terms of Service govern your use of the outboundpro.co website and all services provided by OutboundPro.

2. Services Provided

OutboundPro provides the following B2B data and research services:

  • Prospect list building based on your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • CRM data enrichment and record updating
  • Database cleaning and deduplication
  • ICP strategy and targeting consultation
  • Data entry and organisation across CRM platforms
  • Email campaign list structuring and segmentation support

 

All prospect data is sourced manually from publicly available professional sources. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, sales conversions, or email deliverability rates from use of our data.

 

3. Free Sample Offer

OutboundPro offers a free sample of up to 50 manually researched prospect contacts. By requesting a free sample, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your target audience and business
  • Use the sample data only for legitimate B2B outreach purposes
  • Not resell, redistribute, or share the sample data with third parties

 

The free sample is provided as-is to demonstrate our service quality. OutboundPro reserves the right to decline sample requests at its discretion.

 

4. Acceptable Use

By using our services, you agree that you will:

  • Use prospect data only for lawful B2B outreach and marketing purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and India’s Information Technology Act
  • Not use data to spam, harass, or send unsolicited mass communications in violation of applicable law
  • Not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the prospect data we deliver to you
  • Not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose

 

OutboundPro reserves the right to terminate service immediately if we determine you are using our data in violation of these terms or applicable law.

 

5. Data Compliance

All prospect data provided by OutboundPro is sourced from publicly available professional sources. We operate with a GDPR-aware process and align with CAN-SPAM requirements. However:

  • You are solely responsible for how you use the data we deliver
  • You are responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with applicable privacy and anti-spam laws in your jurisdiction
  • OutboundPro does not accept liability for any regulatory penalties resulting from your use of the data

 

We recommend consulting a legal professional if you are unsure about compliance obligations in your region.

 

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for paid services are agreed upon individually for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Payment is required prior to delivery of the full data set
  • The free sample (up to 50 contacts) is provided at no charge
  • Prices are quoted in USD or INR as agreed with the client
  • All payments are non-refundable once data has been delivered, except where OutboundPro has failed to meet agreed specifications

 

Any disputes regarding payment must be raised within 7 days of data delivery.

 

7. Revisions and Quality Guarantee

OutboundPro commits to delivering high-quality, manually verified prospect data. If the delivered data does not meet the agreed specifications:

  • We will provide revisions at no additional cost
  • Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Revisions are limited to correcting data that does not match the agreed ICP criteria

 

We do not guarantee 100% email deliverability or that all contacts are currently employed in the listed role, as professional circumstances can change. Our verification is conducted at the time of research.

 

8. Intellectual Property

The OutboundPro website, branding, content, and service methodologies are the intellectual property of LeadsCampaign. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our website or service materials without prior written consent.

Prospect data delivered to you as part of a paid or sample engagement is licensed for your internal business use only. Ownership of the research output is transferred to you upon full payment, subject to the acceptable use restrictions in Section 4.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OutboundPro and LeadsCampaign shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or data
  • Loss of business, revenue, or profits resulting from use of our prospect data
  • Any regulatory fines or penalties arising from your use of delivered data
  • Inaccuracies in prospect data that arise from changes after the date of our research

 

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific deliverable in question.

 

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” OutboundPro makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

 

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice. OutboundPro reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms of Service
  • You use our data for unlawful or harmful purposes
  • Payment obligations are not met as agreed

 

Upon termination, your right to use any data not yet delivered ceases immediately. Delivered data remains subject to the acceptable use terms in Section 4.

 

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Clients located outside India agree to this jurisdiction as a condition of using our services.

 

13. Changes to These Terms

OutboundPro reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients via email.
